Honestly, everyone struggles in life, and sometimes our problems become so large that we need to get help. For some people, getting that help can be challenging. We often wait too long before we find the strength to reach out.

We don’t think it’s smart to take on huge personal challenges alone—you definitely need people around you who will support you and accept you unconditionally. People who will understand and hear you. Sometimes those people can be family and sometimes they can’t. Sometimes they are our best friends, and sometimes even our best friends don’t get it.

When you’re ready to tell people you will. But who you tell and when you tell them is your decision, and we respect that. Just don’t wait too long … you deserve to be understood and cared for.

How much will our services cost?  Nothing.  Ever.
We love doing this work because we love people. Many of us have ‘been there ourselves’ and understand just how hard things can get.

Because we see a lot of people everyday, it’s important to set up a time that can be dedicated to you and your situation. We offer a wide range of services, and usually our appointments take about an hour.
